Effective July 7, 2026. The short version: we collect what you give us, we use it to run and promote our events, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Forms you submit: name, email, phone, and the details you include when you join the list or apply as a DJ or vendor.
• Site analytics and advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and collects device and usage data so we can measure our ads and reach people likely to enjoy our events.
• Purchases: tickets and merch are processed by our partners (Bookt for tickets, Square for merch) under their own privacy policies. We receive order details, not your payment card.

How we use it

• To send event announcements, presale access, and updates you signed up for.
• To review and respond to DJ and vendor applications.
• To advertise our events, including building ad audiences with partners like Meta from information you share with us.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that run our business: Google (form storage), Meta (advertising), Bookt (ticketing), and Square (merch). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time.
• You can ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info.curatedvibez@gmail.com.
• You can limit ad cookies through your browser settings and through Meta's ad preferences.
